A: Within minutes of your purchase, we’ll email you a Groucher to print or store on your handheld device prior to using it at the business you’ve chosen.

Q: What happens if I make a purchase and I fail to receive a voucher?

A: We would suggest you check your Junk / Spam email folders. It’s possible your Groucher is there and waiting for you! If so then please un-junk us, or it may happen again. Alternatively, you may want to log onto your  Groucher account, click on Account, and click the Groucher you wish to print.

Q: What is to stop me from printing multiple vouchers?

A: There’s nothing to stop you from printing more copies than you’ve purchased. The problem being is it’s dishonest, and you’re attempting to cheat the system. So what’s the point, as the merchant and Groucherz have a system in place that will only allow one voucher per purchase to be redeemed? There is a bar code and additional coding that would detect fraud. You would be eliminated from any future purchases and run the possibility of running the wrong side of the law. Let’s not go there as this is, and should always be an ongoing experience.

Q: I recently registered but can’t find any offers in my city. Why not?

A: Remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day. The success of Groucherz is all dependent upon the number of buys. The number of buys is dependent upon the number of registered users so our advice is to tell all your family and friends to register in your city not forgetting it’s totally safe and totally free. When the merchants see the demand, we’ll be there to get the best deals to send to our registered users.

Q: When I purchase how do I get charged?

A: On completion of your purchase your credit / debit card will be charged or alternatively use our 100% secure PayPal and Amazon Pay sites.

Q: If I’m not happy with the merchant and his goods or service, do I have any re-course?

A: Firstly, all merchants who sign an agreement with us are checked out for being solid and upstanding in the community. Yes, we’ve no doubt we’ll come across some who try to split the fine line and if we feel they are not performing in the true sense of being reasonable, they will be eliminated from the program. That may not solve your issue so all we ask is for you to inform us at info@groucherz.com and we’ll arbitrate to the best of our ability. Q: Are there any unknown or unseen restrictions?

A: The terms and conditions are often displayed within the Groucher, but the general conditions that apply to all Groucherz are displayed in the standard Terms and Conditions of Use. Most Grouchers are instantly redeemable and some merchants may request you show I.D.

Q: Can I give my paid Grouchers to a buddy for them to use?

A: You most certainly can unless the merchant has specifically stated otherwise. They may need to see I.D. and log the details of the user as maybe the user should not be using it…hope you get where I’m coming from! Maybe it’s stolen.

Q: What happens if my Groucher expires?

A: When a Groucher reaches the stated expiration date, it loses its promotional value, which is the total amount you would have received in services or products. Don’t worry! You can still redeem an expired Groucher for the price that you paid for it as long as the gift certificate laws in your state require it. See Terms and Conditions.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: Groucherz strive to ensure your satisfaction with both the promotions we feature and the businesses we represent. We handpick each featured business to tailor to your wants and needs. Q: I bought a Groucher and the business has closed. What happens now?

A: If the business you bought your Groucher for has closed during the first 90 days after purchase, you’ll be offered a refund or Groucher credit for the cost of your purchase.

Q: Do I need to use my Groucher the same day I buy it?

A: No. In fact, some vouchers cannot begin to be used until the day after your purchase, but the vast majority can. Some merchants may make deals instantly available for that day and they are often businesses looking to fill restaurant seats.

Q: I’m really confused with the fine print saying “Limit 1 per person” and “May buy multiples as gifts.” Can I buy vouchers as gifts to myself and use more than one?

A: If the fine print says this, then an individual can only redeem one and it is designed to prevent an individual using multiple Groucherz for an individual order.

If you want to buy more than one and the system allows such, then you will have to give them away as gifts to other people and the business may request I.D. from them to eliminate theft.

Q: I want to buy today’s deal – how do I get it?
